To register with the practice, please complete the NHSH GP Registration Form and appropriate PMC questionnaire and return in-person or by email with photographic identification, if possible. The forms can be completed electronically or by hand, and paper copies can be collected from reception.
You must reside in our practice area and plan to be in the area for at least three months. If patients will be here for less than three months, you can be seen as a temporary resident.
If you take regular medication, you should arrange an appointment with a GP before you run out.

The practice area covers the Trotternish peninsula, extending as far south as Sconser and as far west as Kildonan. We also provide medical services on the Island of Raasay.
If you stay outwith our catchment area you will need to attend an alternative practice. There are other local practices in Dunvegan, Carbost, Broadford, Sleat and Kyle of Lochalsh.
